Frequently Asked Question’s

  • How do I sign up for a class?

Head to our schedule page and choose a class that works for you. You’ll be prompted to log in or create a Mindbody account using your email.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a bike opens up, you’ll be automatically added and notified via email or text (if opted in).

We can’t wait to ride with you.

  • How far in advance do I need to cancel my class before I'm charged?

We want bikes to be available and riders to show up for themselves.

    • Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before start time to avoid a late cancellation.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $15 fee depending on your membership type.
    • Some memberships include excused late cancellations or no-shows as part of their benefits.

All cancellations must be completed through your online account. Phone, email, or social media cancellations are not accepted.

  • How will I know if I'm on the waitlist?

When you join a waitlist, a credit is held to reserve your spot. If a bike opens up, you’ll be automatically added and notified.

If you’re no longer able to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as possible. Once added to class from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply.

  • Are classes at Cycle614 safe for beginners?

Yes. Our classes are designed for all levels, and our team follows fitness safety best practices. All instructors are CPR trained.

If you’re new to cycling, this is your ride. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and move at your own pace. No judgment — ever.

  • When am I going to see results?

    Consistency is everything.

We recommend riding 2–3 times per week for the best results. Each class is different, but you’ll build strength, endurance, and confidence over time. Show up, stay consistent, and trust the process.

  • What should I bring to class?

    Water
Cycling shoes (SPD compatible clips NOT Delta) or sneakers
A positive attitude — we’ll take care of the rest
